New restaurant to showcase WA’s finest produce

Neil Perry has confirmed plans to extend the Rockpool Bar & Grill restaurant concept to Perth. To be located at Burswood Entertainment Complex in Perth and scheduled to open in February, it will be the third Rockpool Bar & Grill for Perry and his business partners, and is set to become a gourmet attraction for both international visitors and Perth diners. The restaurant will be created around the concept of combining an impressive dining room with professional and informed service.

Perry said Western Australia's “amazing produce” offers a natural fit with the produce-driven concept of Rockpool Bar & Grill. “The menu will focus heavily on beef, as well as the sublime produce that comes out of Western Australia's oceans including marron, crabs, scallops and fish such as Red Emperor, dhufish and sardines. ”



Like the Rockpool restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney, Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth will have a similar menu structure which encourages diners to experience Australia’s best produce by sharing various cuts of dry aged meat to experience the depth and variety of Australian beef, and indulge in a selection of delicious side dishes.



Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth will have a capacity for 200 diners, as well as a bar and private dining facilities.
