For over 40 years we’ve made ourselves at home in Japan, forming a central pillar of continuity and growth in the strong and vital relationship between WA and Japan, both commercial and cultural. During this time we have seen Japan develop as one of Western Australia’s most important trade partners, and a pioneering partner whose commitment was a catalyst to the resources boom that the State continues to enjoy today.

Over 40 years of local knowledge
Reflecting the Government of Western Australia’s growing long-term relationship with Japan, our Tokyo Office recently celebrated its 40th year of operation.
In addition to trade relations, our Kobe Office is central to maintaining close ties with our Sister State of Hyogo Prefecture, in a broad relationship that encompasses economic, business, education and cultural programs.
